I suggest that to assist our HOA board we use this medium to propose for nomination the people we believe will help us administer the organization. It works best, I believe, when applicable background information is given as well as the individuals own statement as to what and how the person proposes to serve us.

Board/Covenants Comm. Elections

I met with the Board last night at their monthly meeting and the elections were discussed. I'll be working with the board to draft an Elections Notice that will be mailed out to all property owners. There will also be a sign posted at the entrance to EPE, a notice will be submitted to the Canyon Courier and an e-mail will be sent out to all e-mail accounts that the Board has. Then we'll have to get people interested enough to volunteer their time and to vote. More details will follow in the letter that is mailed and posted on the website.
