There are vehicles that are affiliated with the address 4587 Lighthouse Circle and the 

white ram with the license plate ASN 522 that are being parked in other people's 

spots even though there are available spots that pertain to that place.  There are 

always empty spots available, but those vehicles are being parked in other people's 

designated spots! There is a black corvette with the license plate 

(715 QUTT - I am not sure on this one) that is constantly being parked in a 

spot that does not pertain to 4587 as a result, blocks the pathway and vehicles 

that are permitted to park.  Also, the person who drives the gray 

Monte Carlo Chevrolet with the license plate K30CG does the same thing.  

The person who drives that vehicle throws cigarette butts which is trashing the 

grounds!  Shady transactions are occurring.  The black impala Chevrolet car 

with the license plate 547 PSL has ceased. 

There are twelve parking spots in that particular area which are allocated equally 

among the residents.  So, those particular vehicles should not be parking in other 

people's spots!
