The female tenant of 4587 Lighthouse Circle was 

observed willfully trespassing my pathway last night. 

She sat in what looked like a white Hyundai vehicle 

with its lights blaring in our window.  The inside 

car light was on also. She waited until she was being 

observed, made it her business to get out of the 

vehicle, walked along my pathway, in front of my door 

and then to the place she is using as a headquarters 

for troublemaking.  She EASILY could have walked around

the vehicle and along the path of the place she is 

temporarily staying.  She is being a nuisance.  

She is the owner of a Dodge with the license plate 

ASN S22.

She proceeded to open the entrance door and let 

the UNLEASHED dog out.  As usual, the dog ran out.  

Certain words which describe the behavior and state 

of being of that tenant are folly, insolent, nuisance, execrable and senseless.
