If you live in the area bordered by Euclid Avenue and Gandy Boulevard, Dale Mabry Highway and Manhattan Avenue, your help is needed. We need to revitalize our Association and Neighborhood Watch. There is money available through CDBG (HUD) funds to accomplish some vital and worthy projects in our neighborhood. I would love to share with you some of the ideas for securing some of these funds for the betterment of our area of South Tampa. Sidewalks, traffic calming, pedestrian safety, beautification projects, community park amenities, lighting, facilities for social and civic programs and activities, etc. Please feel free to email me at mdurst01@verizon.net to share your thoughts and ideas as well as to offer your time to help revitalize our group. We need to hold an election, but we must have people willing and able to serve in the capacity of officers and committee chairs and members.
