I live in Fairwood in Kansas City, Mo. Now the Association needs to do something! I am sick of listening to this music blaring out of cars with offensive lyrics! There is no reason for the neighbors to have to listen to this thomping noise they are playing for hours.
Someone needs to send out letters and let everyone know!
