The current Declaration for Windjammer as intrepreted and enforced by the Board of Directors and the Approving Authority does not recognize vinyl siding as suitable exterior finish for Windjammer homes.
If sufficient interest surfaces from homeowners, a change to the covenants could be initiated to allow vinyl siding.
