Fall Creek Neighbors

Please read the discussion "Cameras at Gate?????".  On page 2 you will see that the board member identified herself.

I just figured out who you guys are talking about. The lady with the two big brown dogs. I didn't know she was a board member, but I have to tell you that some of you should be ashamed of yourself for bashing and bad mouthing people. She seems like a nice and helpful person.  I have talked to her many times while she walks the neighborhood, she picks up all the trash, talks to the kids in the neighborhood and instructs them to help her pick up the trash. My kids like her because she is always nice and respectful. I am sure she is doing more for this neighborhood than some of you. 

Unfortuneately, you must have not read other postings.  I think Stefanie is awesome and has a great deal of integrity along with others on the board.  We are very lucky to have her.  She is working hard, along with others to make certain that the board acts responsibly.  My point is she should have been a part of the decision making before the action was taken, wouldn't you agree?  She is my neighbor and I consider her a good friend.  I have not said anything about board members not being good neighbors.  I know the opposite.  But, it's important to do things according to the bylaws.  Would you agree?  I would say over the past 20 years I have attended hundreds of board meetings and have actively participated myself.  My concerns have been mostly over not having some bad history repeat itself.  All board members can tell you we have had problems in the past with board members acting without the consent of all.  Stefanie is keenly aware of those past issues.  It is not only mandated, it is out of the utmost respect for her that she should be included.  Wouldn't you agree?

well for those of us who have no idea what CLEMAN is you will have to excuse us cause we all dont know who the other is on here.  i know draston cause i am the mommy of his 3 which is my sign in.  other than him i don't know who any of you are.  and does it really matter....  we are just discussing issues.....
