Assessment increase

As of January 1^st 2009 the Assessment  for Towne Lake will be increased by 10%, the monthly payment is now $33 a month or $396 a year. Payment Coupons will be send out by the end of the year.

This will also be published in the upcoming newsletter.

Wow, I really think it should have gone up more!! I would have been fine with $40 or $50 or more if it was to be used wisely...

I just don't see the extra $36 a house a year helping alot.

We should also do away with the $30 pre pay credit...

As I understand it, the BOD can only go up 10% or less a year.  The bylaws should be reviewed for the nitty gritty details.

I like the payment in full discount.

I like the discounts too, however it appears the neighborhood needs the money more than I do!!
