Should Dues be higher?

Posted in: Westlake
Higher dues= nothing

The result of higher dues will not be an improved neighborhood. The rules around the neighborhood do need to be enforced and upheld by more people though. The people that aren't paying their dues are the ones not contributing to improving our neighborhood, and if they won't pay 115, they sure won't pay for them when they're higher.

Northlake Dues

With only 55 homes in the Northlake Association, we are lucky, that all our members are current with their dues @ $300 a year. We have three large common area's to maintain, OG&E, Telephne(front gate), gate repair, two large lakes with dam, Street Repair, New Light poles, Plans for a park up front, adding a brick wall around the park, stocking fish in the lake...on and on. 8-)

To the Westlake Homeowners.... Since you have so many homes in your association, $115 a year is a bargain to keep your neighborhood in good standings and Safe.

Let's all do our part to keep the Westlake\Northlake area one of the best.

I think they should be about $200 per year.
