Hi,

I have lived in the Hunters Creek Subdivision for 3 yrs, The worst mistake I have evrer made! This neighborhood is nothing but garbage!! Have Kids running the streets all hours of the night, breaking into cars, stealing people"s property, busting up our mail boxes.. If you work hard for what you own, this is not the neighborhood to live in!! If I could pack & walk away right now I would be GONE!!

Also, we have a HOA.. that does nothing for this neighborhood but take our money!! Its really sad, because it could be such a nice Community if they would get rid of the renters, & section 8 housing!! I thought  hoa was to prevent that... But over here its suitable!! SO DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!

It could be a nice community.  The HOA is not just the board, but the community.  I would encourage you to attend the HOA annual meeting and or be on the board.  There is only so much the board of three can do without the support of their neighbors.  I thank those who are involved and encourage those who see a problem to roll up your sleeves and help make changes.  We are 248 homes strong.  We can't depend on three to do the lion's share of the work.  Feel free to contact me anytime at 502-295-9352 or hunterscreekhoa@gmail to see what is going on.

I have to add, that it is a nice community when we get to know our neighbors and our kids.  Things annoy me, but I have built relationships with people around me and we try to be there for each other.  Peopld tend to get caught up with the people or things that annoy them and forget about the good hardworking people who live here.
