• Hard Road - Phase 1 - Smoky Row to Linworth Road to include Railroad underpass - Major construction is to begin JULY 2003. Treed median is being sought.
• Sawmill Widening north of I-270 Summer 2004 ???

• 2665 Farmers Drive - Dublin Dance Centre - Variance for add'l use in existing Zoning - Brian Linhart; Recommended for Approval by FNWC
• 2455 Billingsley Rd. Byers Mazda Subaru – approved by Graphics Commission
• 2690 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. - Annexed property recommended for Approval from R to L-C-2 at May Development Commission; City Council PASSED 7/29/2002 (Z1187-02); (2704 Property was dropped from the rezoning).
• 943 Mulberry Street – Recommended for Approval at May Development Commission. Passed by City Council, June 2002.
• 6822 Sawmill Rd.@ I-270 - (BP) - Rezone property from CPD to LC-4 on 1.57 acres for Immke Cadillac Used Car Division - Recommended for Approval at January 2003 Development Commission; Passed by City Council 2/24/2003
• 7656 Seddon Drive @ Surrywood Drive - Variance for Recreational Motorhome Class A - Harvey & Tracy West; BZA to vote 6/24/2003
• 8816 Creve Coeur Ln - Variance for 20' x 22' garage - Andy Bates; Tabled at BZA 4/22/2003; BZA Approved 5/27/2003
