matter on fencing issue
· 7860 Smoky Row Rd. - Rezoning Z01-005 from CPD to CPD allowing an automatic car wash - Recommended for passage at the April Columbus Development Commission meeting. Passed by City Council 9/18/2001
7140 Linworth Road ; Seeking PUD4 Zoning; 40 Homes on 10 Acres.
Recommended for Approval by Development Commission 9/13/2001
