• Hard Road - Phase 1 - Smoky Row to
Linworth Road to include RR underpass - Major construction is to begin
FALL 2002 or SPRING 2003. Treed median is being sought.
• Sawmill Widening north of I-270 possibly FALL 2002
VI. Zoning & Development
• 2690 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. - Annexed property recommended for Approval at May Development Commission (2704 Property was dropped from the rezoning).
• 943 Mulberry Street – Recommended for Approval at May Development Commission.
• Giant Eagle (115,000 sq. ft.) Tabled by Dublin P&Z (NW corner of
Sawmill/Hard Roads)Proposal now dead.
