sprinkler repairs, snow removal, design review
processing, audit and taxes, management,
administration, budget preparation, grounds
improvements, grounds repairs, water for
irrigation, special events, newsletters, legal
services, electricity for irrigation system,
accounting, postage, Covenant enforcement,
playground maintenance, Association insurance,
and the 20 Year Reserve Plan for future needs.
