Safeguarding Your Fence

Since fences which are stained stand up better to
the elements and last a lot longer, the Farmington
community urges homeowners to protect their
fences with a coat of stain to keep the
neighborhood beautiful. Any stain you wish to use
must be submitted to the Design Review
Committee before staining and receive approval.
Homeowners are requested to keep fences looking
well-maintained.
A reminder that weeds on the outside of your
perimeter fence are your responsibility to remove.
Please make sure you?’re keeping your property
weed-free at all times.
