There are some low quality new folks cruising in Orange Zone who need to be run out of the neighborhood.  They(5 total) drive around in a 4 door gold colored dodge or oldsmobile late 90s model.  They hoot and howl and say things only suitable for the projects they come from when they see teenage girls and throw threatening hand gestures out the window.   They said something extremely lewd to my very conservative teenage sister who was visiting with a friend and were about to jump out of the car until they saw me. Then they ran their mouths and drove off.  If you see these individuals  get a tag number and post it on here for future reference.  I assume this wasn't a stolen car.  Their behavior seems predatory and not just "boys being boys" as some of these "boys" were in their mid 20s.
