One would think by the name "Carmel Oaks", that the place would be pleasant like a
vineyard.
To be cheap and "save money", a so-called company of "landscapers" is hired where a
particular person cuts over a patch of land 20 to 30 times even though the "grass" is cut to
its strict set level! Parts of the land are nothing but weeds and the other parts are grass
that flourish on its own due to the shade of the trees. The excuse would be that the
person has OCD, paranoid schizophrenia or is bi-polar. Extremely loud primitive
machines, "tools", devices, etc. are used to not cut and go, but to cause disturbance.
Revving them over and over to signal as if something productive is being done. Dried
leaves fly every which way piling up wherever they land.
I wonder if they have work visas. Are they legal?
There are so much so-called rules even though the APARTMENTS are supposed to be
potential "homes" or "houses". A HOA is set up. There is a sloppily heavy set female
who acts as if she's the state police. Yet, she has her stray cats running amok. Some
are having kittens all in the bushes in other people's yard.
Even though there is space, a large air conditioner unit is installed on the opposite side of
the other neighbors' wall emitting what sounds like a bad transmission sound that
permeates the thin walls. Since the neighbors who use the air conditioner act as if they
never had one, they have it on even when the temperature is not that hot. Yes, the state
of Florida is very warm place, however, there are times when it can be cool and enjoyable.
Do not tell that to the neighbors who blast their air conditioner even when they are not
home! I am curious to know what their OUC bill is.
The walls are thin that you can hear neighbors talking. The insulation......oh, there is
none! Heat in the winter and cool air in the summer freely escapes. This should not be
an excuse to do what those people do with their air conditioner, however.
Ceilings have leak stains. Depending if one lives in a two-floor or one-floor
APARTMENT, the floors are constructed with wobbly old wood beams that squeak.
The floors are like a rollercoaster. They go up and down. The exception are the ones
with tiles.
Where were the rules for the
buildings? Where were the standards in the creation of the buildings?
Having standards is punishable by paying extra......no, build them crappy if people want a
low price! People should not have to pay for basic standards of a building.
