I am benchmarking HOA fees for small communities offering full lawn care and landscape maintenance as part of the annual fee, such as Hammett's Glen.

My subdivision, The Glens at Roper currently charges $2,100 per year for those services plus trash and recycling.  The Oaks at Roper Mountain appears to be charging $2,230.

Would someone please share Hammett's Glen HOA annual fee.
