I don't think the drilling that we all signed leases for was ever started...I can't remember the details but they had three years to drill and then the leases expire. And due to the "economy" or whatever they haven't drilled yet or paid the remaining leases such as yours.

If in your contract it states that you receive a signing bonus and they refused to pay it, they should be in breach of contract.  You might could be able to sue them.  I assume this is Dale since Charizo didn't come onto the scene until after that?
