Anyone else stunned to learn the property management firm charges $262 to confirm a homeowner is current on their HOA dues before a sale is allowed?  Is this allowed under SRCA contract with property management firm? 

  News to me, that's what we get for not going to the meeting and getting on the board I guess. Sounds like BS to me, if the board is made up of residents.
