OK..so I hear our acoc dues are going up next year from 75 to 95 bucks.

In the letter it is indicated there are no needs at this time.

THEN WHY THE INCREASE?

We are now and have been annexed for some time; what have we received for our tax increase? NOTHING! Oh wait, I have a dumpster obviously woth 1,000 more per year.

Coming down from Copperfield run onto Summerswort and Dunmore lane one clearly sees a large road surface defect. The city has wasted OUR tax dollars attempting and failing to repair this. They use cold patches that lasts about 2 weeks.

So let's see?..Taxes go up, we get less and the neighborhood begins to fall into disrepair..Hmmm..Sounds like property values will be next if they haven't already dropped.
