Why is it so difficult for the Board to hire a decent landscaping company? For what we pay in dues, there is a lot to question about where our money goes. Besides the HOA balance sheet, why do we not see the profit and loss statement? That is a more telling financial look at just how our money is being spent.

Given the double whammy of dues we pay, we shouldn't have cut grass blown all over our driveways and front proches everytime the lawn gets cut? Nor should we have massive trees hanging dangerously over our homes close to fallinginto our house?

Is anyone listening at the HOA? I haven't seen many replies from anyone other than residents. 

HOA's are supposed to help with the value of our homes? Really? How so? I don't see that happening at all.

I agree.  Here it is a year later and nothing has gotten better, just worse.  The mesquite trees are overgrown and untrimmed with pods all over the ground.  Grass is dying, bushes in severe need of maintenance.  Now Premier has terminated its relationship with Montefino.  What is next?
