Most people with any common sense knows not to park in front of a mailbox, but I have a neighbor who apparently has none. He will park in front of my mailbox when his driveway is empty. I don't know if he's doing this to annoy me, but if so he's succeeding. He's not the kind of guy you have civil conversations with, so who do I call, the post office or the police?
