I just wanted to let people know that the city is not planning on placing a light at 18th Street and 118th Ave during the new city street project.  I have talked to the city engineer named Chris Malone 360-487-7711 chris.malone@cityofvancouver.us about this issue.  I cant be the only one who has notice the wait time more than tripple to try and get in and out of our neighborhood.  People need to contact this person and let them know we will need a light.  Otherwise it will only change when enought accidents have happend and people get hurt will they add them then.
