I know this is a few weeks late, but I just wanted to let everyone know that the vacant house (1378 Tera Alta Rd) was set on fire a few weeks back.  There is fire damage to the east side of the garage.  Thankfully it was put out without it getting out of hand.  It looks like it was done on purpose, and it was in the early morning hours when it happened.  We have only been in the development since May '07 and this house has sat vacant for most of that time.

That was the model home in the early days (1996).  We saw it, and are thankful somehow it didn't go any further than it did.  Neighboring homes (occupied) could have been affected.  This goes back to the "Neighborhood Watch" program.  If you saw anything, REPORT IT!  Does anyone know if a report was filed?

Thanks for making us aware of this problem. We live very close to that address, and never knew of the fire. Wish good & bad issues in our community were posted, so we'd be informed.

I don't think a report was filed because nothing has been done to the house since the fire department came and put it out.  I do know that someone owns the home, the previous owners sold it to a couple but it hasn't been touched since the sale which was back in late September early October.
