On Monday, December 21, a five-alarm fire raged through a commercial area at 204th and Perry Avenue.  This is the third fire in the area since April.  On October 31, a fire destroyed seven businesses.  Last April, a bakery was torched.

The latest and the October fires are still under investigation.  Arson is not determined, and is not ruled out, as the cause.
