Fisher's Landing East Neighbors

We need to get these dump trucks to quit using Jake Brakes in City Limits..  They run up and down 172nd Ave and also 1st St Jake Brakes going all the time!  It is illegal to use them and the fines are pretty stiff.  We need to get signs posted !  who do we contact ?  Police could make revenue all day long just sitting at this intersection handing out tickets!  The jake brakes are annoying and loud .. & they shake the house !  I realize I bought my home close to a gravel pit, but, the drivers need to comply with the City Ordinance!  Anyone else in the Bennington Neighborhood have issue with the loud Jake Brakes?  Thanks

The trucks are continuous now!  Double decker dump trucks using 1st street and 172nd are devaluing our properties.  They are starting the 1st street improvement project now to widen the road which will cause us more noise and stress.
