When is there a new election for RTHA. I have lived here for 7 years and I am pretty sure its the same people. Do you elect yourselves every year or what. Please let me know so I can vote for some new people.
Thank you

tcb123 wrote; Is the agreement with River Trails Association or the Lakes of River Trails Association or both? What I guess I am trying to ask here is - does everyone living in Rivertrails and the Lakes of Rivertrails have access / privileges / permission from Mr. Newell to both lakes? rtha wrote; The River Trails Homeowners Association has an informal agreement with Mr. Newell that allows the residents of the River Trails neighborhood to use the lake facilities. These privileges can be revoked at any time if they are abused or if they change their mind. So, please be mindful of others and respect the area. I hope this answers your question. since90s wrote; "an informal agreement". What exactly is that? RTHA officers met with Mr. Newell several months back and in casual conversation asked about use of the lake(s) by River Trails residents. He replied that he did not mind as long as we were respectful of the privilege. sherri81; Officer elections are August 31 (or as close as possible). Please nominate anyone you wish. They must be willing to serve the position and have the time and resources to visit with the City of Fort Worth officials and volunteer their time and energy to the betterment of River Trails. Please, please, please nominate someone. |

RTHA WROTE: The River Trails Homeowners Association has an informal agreement with Mr. Newell that allows the residents of the River Trails neighborhood to use the lake facilities. These privileges can be revoked at any time if they are abused or if they change their mind. So, please be mindful of others and respect the area. I hope this answers your question. No - not really and it was really a simple question and I want to make sure it is clear and I am trying to make sure that your answer is clear so that there is no mis-understanding going forward. "River Trails neighborhood" is not defined enough. Does the informal agreement with Mr. Newell grant access to both ponds to all residents of Rivertrials and the Lakes of Rivertrails? It's either a yes or a no. Thank you.
