The Feb. 19 General Membership Meeting will focus on neighborhood traffic planning. The guest speaker is Mike Frederick, City Neighborhood Transportation Manager. He will present the plans for NSN traffic plans that have been approved and that will be implemented soon. He will provide a general presentation on neighborhood traffic calming. This is an issue that neighbors raise at nearly every membership meeting, so attend and let's discuss those streets and alleys that concern you. We may also have a brief presentation by Chris DeWitt, Homeless Outreach Support Team Program Manager, on their services. The NSNA donated $1000.00 to HOST from the profits from the 1999 Candlelight Tour of Homes.
