I am quite sorry I was unable to attend
last night's meeting, however I do have a life outside of the Old Northeast.
The time to move forward is now.
Utilize the diverse talents available within our boundaries to build a solid foundation for a positive and constructive neighborhood association. Be involved so no one or two factions can take control.
Each individual who owns property within our association's boundaries is the neighborhood, not a small pocket of self-serving individuals.

We need to look closely at Greg Burton. He has apparently hand-picked three replacements to the board, none of whom were elected by the general membership. I believe all of these new board members live in the same general of north shore area he does.

Talk about a power monger. It appears while he was slaming Lange, our last power monger, Burton has been even more controling. While we were watching Lange, I think Hitler was moving in.

you and i have a lack of opportunities for agreement - but here is one, and i will pounce on it. careful though - many of the watchers will think you switched sides. i just read the wed neighborhood times and was apalled at gregy's statement that he didn't want this job. after i threw up and redid my make up - and i need plenty of it - i thought i'd drop a line to my girl friend susan and see if she could help him overcome his obvious denial complex. the man has been overcome with an obsession to run the neighborhood - cann't he see that EVERYONE sees it? he probably views steve as a real threat. steve knows more than gregy, and does more. consequently, he and his band of neighbors blame bad boy steve for not letting them play. Let's start a list of contributions gregy has made to the neighborhood. he has been around long enough to have served us by being on some committees i bet. of course, i bet he has taken on some leadership roles in a number of important projects. now you gregy supporters - before you start running of at the mouth - and putting your foot in it (and allowing me to slap your pretty faces for it) just tell me what he has done. i'll wait here.
