The Board of Adjustment Hearing on the proposed reinstatement of office use in a residentially zoned area, 640 Beach Dr. N.E., will take place Friday, Jan. 26. BOA Hearings begin at 9:00 a.m., but I received notice today that the applicant requested to be heard at the very end of the entire agenda, which means this case may be heard anytime after noon tomorrow. The hearings are held at City Hall, Council Chambers on the 2nd floor. Anyone who wishes to speak can be sworn in and may speak for 5 minutes.
