don't tax me

Don't be taxing me to brick your street. That's been tossed around for years by you and there are no takers. That scheme is a pure want, not a need. If it ever gets done it ought to be paid for by the folks getting the increase in value from the bricks in front of their homes,ie, an assessment. Not a tax on the whole neighborhood.
