A sub-committee of The Committee met this morning to finalize the production of the motions and the distribution process to the membership. Within one or two days the process of going door to door will begin. As soon as I get a final copy of the motions I will post them here. Arrangements are also being made to schedule a larger meeting room than Westminister Pres. Church. Details to follow soon.
