The new Albert Whitted Airport will be over 1000 ft longer. It will cost over 35,000,000 to make this airport larger and safer. If it works out we will look at it in 10 years to add to it again.This is being billed as a improvement to the CHALLENGE area. This has been approved and is now going to public meetings. After the public meetings it will go to the City Council for final approval.

Only the Wealthy!

So only the wealthy will use the airport. Duh!!! It is the wealthy who drive this country. They hire you and I. They buy planes for people like you and I to build. They pay most of the taxes as a percentage of the overall population. They buy goods and services that you and I provide.

Besides, what determines who is wealthy anyway. By my way of thinking it isn't only money which sets the bar on this issue. Things like love, family and friendship rate higher than just money.

But, to follow your rationale that money defines being wealthy; being wealthy could be measured in terms of anyone who has more money than the next fellow.
