I think the city should enforce the dusk to dawn law that is supposed to apply to all city parks. we need to keep these kids out of the park at night. it's become a meeting place for gangs and troublemakers. also we need to have some signs put up on 18th st. and 19th st. that say " SLOW " CHILDREN PLAYING ! is this to much to ask for?
