I don't know about anyone else, but I am beyond furious that the entrances to Forest Glen II (Rickey and Rue Madora) look like a lunar landscape. The roads - which look like nobody touched them with a plow during the storms -are so pitted, rutted and full of craters that my drive to work every day is like offroading. In a Ford Focus.
I'm aware that many neighborhoods are in a sad state because of the snowstorms, but just doing an extra pass or two with plows during a storm makes a huge difference - I hardly saw anyone come out at all, and I cannot see any reason why they couldn't do a better job of it. After all, we do not live in the city - there's plenty of room to put the snow and the streets are not lined with cars. It makes me wonder why I pay association dues at all.
I'm relatively new to the neighborhood, so I don't even know who to call to talk to about it. I'm seriously concerned about the shocks and struts on my car.
Is there anything we can do? (Besides moaning about it online!)
