Forest Hills Neighborhood Watch & Assoc.

There was a shooting at this home in Jan. and since that time it has been abandoned.  No one is taking care of it and the lawn only makes the neighborhood look terrible.  Code Enforcement has been contacted but nothing has been done to "at least" mow the yard. 
Electricity has been turned off, and I am sure, if not before, but surely soon, the water will also be turned off.  Something has to be done with this property.  It is only devaluing properties surrounding it.  Can the Neighborhood Watch do something to speed up the Code Enforcement people?
