Dear Neighbors:
RE: Forest Springs/Fall River Apts/Timberleaf Townhomes
Once again, the Detective working this case needs our help!
A new court hearing has been set for Tuesday, May 15, 2001, at 10:00 AM,
George Allen Courthouse, Judge Sims Courtroom on the 3rd floor. The
courthouse is located on Commerce Street.
The Detective needs a strong show of support from our neighborhood. If you
can attend, I will need a response from you by Friday, May 11th. If you
are selected as a witness, you will be notified and will meet with the
Detective and Lawyers at the Northeast Sub Station at 6:30 PM, Monday, the
14th of May for a briefing (please, witnesses only). On Tuesday, everyone
supporting this effort will meet at the Park Lane station and Ride the Dart
Rail to Union Station. Please be at the Park Lane station by 8:30 AM.
Look for the FMNA sigh, We must be at the courthouse by 9:30 AM.
The Detective will let me know on Monday, if the court date changes
(hopefully it will not). Please call me Monday afternoon before 5:00 PM,
so I can inform you of any changes, if you are planning on attending. I
would hate for you to show up at the Dart Rail and plans were changed
without you knowing.
Please make plans to attend. Like most of you, I will have to take off
work that morning, however, I feel taking a few hours off will be well
worth the time in reclaiming our neighborhood.

REMINDER: Please turn in the orange flyer by Saturday, May 12th, if you
are planning on joining the police patrol or the neighborhood association.
Town Creek has voted to accept us in their police patrol, however, we must
have 70% participation.
Please check the neighborhood like for information concerning our
neighborhood.
