For those of you who have inquired about the car in the pond a couple of weeks ago, this is what I learned from the apartment manager Michelle Myers. She said the police were chasing 2 teens from the Kingsley/Skillman area and they ended up driving through the fence and landing in the pond. She assured me the boys were not tenants in the apartments. She also said things were going well and she was doing an alley check in the Arborhill alley.
