Friday, late afternoon, probably around 6 to 7 pm, our neighbor on Millridge, departed from the bus stop at Meadowknoll and proceeded to walk home. As he approached Millridge, he saw a car and it sounded like the guys were having trouble shifting gears. He continues to walk along and the 2 guys jump out of the car and demand his money. He said '' you do not want my money.'' Again they demanded his money. He told them, pointing to a neighbors house that the person living here issues arrest warrants, then pointed over to a house across the street and said this guy works for the CIA. They still want his wallet and money. He tell thems that it is time for the bomb! He opens his brief case and reaches for his epa badge. With that the would be robbers take off and jump in the car. They leave the scene. The police were called along with our neighborhood cop. These guys were in a small black car, appeared to b3 18 to 20 years old.
