August 14th, the budget will be presented to council for approval on September 10th. PLEASE call the City Council Sect. at 817-392-6193.
Tell her to pass on to all council members to approve proper funding for the Eastside sections of Districts 5 and 8 because we are tired of our neighborhood being neglected.

PLEASE share this number with all your friends and neighbors of the Eastside and tell them how important this call is.

Between now and August 14th, make these calls!!! The budget will be under review up to September 10th so you can even continue calling past the August date.

Anyone..... who has a question regarding ANY problem in your neighborhood please e-mail me and we can work on any problem as a neighborhood. Don't ever feel as though you have to except negitive behaviors in or around our neighborhood.

Kathleen Hicks/Danny Scarth/Moss

Shouldn't we be able to call on our City Council representatives, Kathleen Hicks, Danny Scarth, Frank Moss to get the monies for us? To my understanding, that is the job of a City Council person...to ''represent'' their constituency. What's the deal? Does anyone know if Ms. Hicks, Mr. Scarth or Mr. Moss has asked for the money? Where do these elected officials stand in our fight for our neighborhood back? What have they done for us lately? Really, does anyone know? How about the Chairpersons of the WMNA (ie, Neighborhood Affairs, City Affairs, etc.....what have they done to help this cause? That is why we have ''leaders'' in positions of influence and leadership? Does anyone know what they are really doing? If so, please post. If not, let's get some answers ASAP!!
