Dale Resources blanketed the neighborhood with a letter about a signing meeting this Saturday. We HAVE NOT endorsed their lease because a lease with another company is close to being finalized. The offer from a DIFFERENT COMPANY is MORE THAN DOUBLE the Dale offer. PLEASE WAIT TO GET A BETTER BONUS.

Dale letter is a joke

The mere pittance being offered by Dale is a joke. Almost no increase in ''bonus'', almost no increase in percentage, and no other agreements mentioned in the letter (such as neighborhood wall). Furthermore, the lease term is not changed. Dale does not deserve our cooperation!

Dale is the only company.......

who's actually given us an offer, in hand. Food for thought........

So, what's the hold up?

Are there any new details from these supposed 'other' offers? It seems like they are taking their time. Does the Gas Lease Committee have an update?
