what he's trying to say... he's soliciting his service to anyone who wants him to install security cameras around their house to catch perpetrators vandalizing their home. He's saying he wont gouge you with high prices. He's saying that the weather is going to start warming up in the next few months which means possibly more vandalism. He's saying if you want to protect what is yours, you should install security cameras around your house and catch the vandals in the act, and he would like to install them for you.

My apologies for not explaining. I see a lot of postings in regards to individuals that complain about this and that and things turning up destroyed or missing. If we take the initiative to install cameras not saying that it will stop all the nonsense but at least we can help one another. This is something we as Home owners should consider. My neighbors and I have cameras and film not only our houses but houses to the front and side of us. So we install cameras on three corners of the house. If you want I can help in doing this for you at no cost. It is about security. If we want to stop people from stealing and making a mess in our neighborhood then we need to act. Sorry if I confused anyone. I am an X veteran and tired of hearing what is happening an no one stepping up. I mean one of our security people last year had his truck spray painted because he was busting people doing bad stuff. If he had cameras he may have gotten them on film or maybe if someone else had cameras they could have caught them before hand. We all need to be aware of our surroundings. NOTHING IS TAKEN FOR GRANTED even in your own home. :)
