Final Carrizo offer

I know we are getting a new fence and a good amount per acre. Since we have yet to receive anything from Carrizo, can anyone shed some light on the terms of the deal?

Carrizo is supposed to send out an information letter in the next few days. The lease signing is supposed to happen in a few weeks.

I take great pride in where I live and it is far bigger than fence, I have maintained the property next to my house for 8 years that belongs to the city that no one else will take care of. I also know that the presence of pumping stations big trucks in and out gas wells and pipes is a huge hit on property values(do the research, all you have to do is google natural gas drilling and property values) and to further that one person has already expressed a concern about moving into our neighborhood. I wonder do you really think houses stay for sale for ever in our neighborhood now because of the economy? I have been in the area 23 years and in River Trails 8, my kids are grown and I intend to stay, there was a time(before the drilling) that you couldn't hardly find a house in River Trails. I would also like you to research what normal royalty checks are, according to statistics after about 3 years people receive an average of $25 to $50 a month for approx 12 to 24 months(google it)their property values plummet because no one wants to live by a bomb and deal with the nuisance and their taxes sky rocket from the minerals. I guess what I'm saying is yes a fence would be beautiful, but not at the expense of everything else. I just want everyone to research on their own and not take anyone's word for it, if one has written and expressed a concern about living here, how many others drive by look and say no thanks!

P.S. Doesn't the fence on Trinity belong to the homeowners on that street? My back fence belongs to me!
