I see a lot of bitter people on here which i am not sure i understand but i respect what you have to say, but i would like to say THANK YOU to the committe members. I know they spent a lot of time and effort to get the best deal for us and they also live here so I know they are also looking out for everyones safety and well being and they have done research as well. I dont care if you sign or not thats for you to decide and i respect which ever way you choose but at least say thank you the hard work they did.

Seems to me like their biggest concern was the $400,000 wall. The fence/wall belongs to the individuals who live along Trinity, not the whole neighborhood. I dont think its fair that they get a new back fence/wall. No one paid to replace my fence, I had to pay for it myself. I say they pay for their own fence and we divy up the $400,000 to each of us who sign the lease!
