I have received it and I have called the number to leave a message, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

On the surface it sounds OK, but I am curious about a few things. One is if the lease is transferable or can be terminated early. I don't want a lease hanging over me in the event I need to move. I am also curious about how this drilling will affect property values.
