This website was never created by HOA dues. The design of the website itself was created from residents who volunteered their computer programming skills to design it. The hosting was also paid for by those programer residents, and hosted out of privatly owned servers. The website is a form of public free speech and a right. Residents created this website as a tool to communicate with, inwhich the HOa and SBB does not provide.
