Accountability for Code Dept.

Are we sure that we need more money thrown at this department? Are we sure that the dollars that go into Code Dept. now, are being used wisely, efficiently and effectively?

Is it possible that the Code Dept. just needs more enforcement muscle?

More money???......I'm not sure I agree with this request. I'm not saying I don't agree...just tell me where exactly the dollars are going to go and what exactly are they going to do?
