Hello West Meadowbrook Neighbors! Just wanted to post here that we do have a neighborhood committee working to obtain information about the possibility of gas wells being drilled on Broadcast Hill.

Please, if you recieved and invitation to sign a lease, please, please WAIT until signing or, at the very least, make sure you ask lots of questions, such as where the wells are to be drilled, by when the wells are to be drilled, how the traffic is going to be routed thru the neighborhood, if we're going to have a compression station... the list goes on and on...

Be smart and think about neighborhood impact before you sign.
