I would like to see some input from other Meadowbrook residents regarding the vagrants in our neighborhoods. What is it going to take before our City Officials recongnize the negitive effects and the damage that this way of life is causing to our neighborhoods in MANY forms.

The damage to our personal property values in addition to retail and public properties are affected by this behavior deeply. There are properties along Lancaster that have been burnt out because of vagrants. Take a look at the property behind the Lone Star Convenience Store @ the corner of Lancaster & Ayres, look at the property across from The-T Bus station (306 Sargent) what about the old Italian Inn? There are many more of these types of situations. Is this the type of things that we are going to have to look at?

You would think that tax payers that vote would have a voice that could be heard! What are your thoughts?

Pres. Night Shelter

I think that we should demand that the PNS check for warrrants on individuals that want to stay at the shelter. I think we should investigate why it is called an ''emergency'' shelter. Also, no one gets in without and scan card ID. One more thing, where is all the money going that PNS is getting from grants?

This would greatly impact the vagrant population around here. Also, we need to get rid of the alcohol sales in area. (Corner stores)
